SAM Terms of Service These Terms govern access to SAM AI, including the website, creation studio, AI tools, subscriptions, credits, generated music, generated video, publishing tools, referral rewards, royalties, creator fund features, and any connected services. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, purchasing a plan, uploading content, generating outputs, or using SAM in any way, the user agrees to follow these Terms. 1. Eligibility and accounts Users must provide accurate registration information, including name, username, email, country, date of birth, and contact details where required.Users are responsible for protecting their passwords and all activity under their accounts.SAM may require email, phone, payment, identity, or rights verification before enabling paid plans, publishing, monetization, royalties, affiliate payouts, or creator fund payouts.Users must meet the minimum age required in their country. Where a user is under the age of legal digital consent, a parent, guardian, school, or authorized organization must approve use. 2. AI-generated content and ownership Subject to these Terms, paid-plan users may use their SAM-generated outputs commercially for ads, client work, monetized channels, campaigns, events, releases, and business content.Free-plan outputs may include watermarks, lower priority rendering, limited rights, and usage restrictions until upgraded.Users own or control the prompts, uploads, lyrics, branding, voice samples, references, images, music, videos, or other materials they submit.Users are responsible for ensuring that their prompts and uploads do not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, performer, moral, database, or contractual rights.SAM does not guarantee that every AI output is unique, registrable, copyrightable, suitable for every platform, or free from third-party claims. 3. Acceptable use and prohibited content Users may not create illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, deceptive, sexually abusive, child-harmful, extremist, malware-related, or rights-infringing content.Users may not impersonate real people, clone voices, imitate private individuals, mislead audiences, or create deceptive political, financial, medical, legal, or emergency content.Users may not use SAM to spam, scrape, resell access, bypass credits, abuse referrals, manipulate creator fund points, launder payments, or overload infrastructure.SAM may remove content, block exports, suspend accounts, reverse credits, withhold payouts, or terminate access where abuse, fraud, rights conflict, safety risk, or legal exposure is suspected. 4. Credits, subscriptions, payments, and refunds Credits are a platform unit used to generate outputs. Music typically uses fewer credits; video uses more credits because rendering costs are higher.Plans, credit packs, one-off packages, founder passes, and usage limits may change before or after launch as provider costs, fraud risk, and market conditions change.Subscription fees are billed in advance. Users are responsible for taxes, foreign exchange fees, payment provider charges, and local payment limitations.Refunds are handled according to the published refund policy and may be denied for consumed credits, generated outputs, abuse, chargeback fraud, or violated terms.SAM may pause, throttle, or meter high-cost video generation to protect platform sustainability. 5. Affiliate, royalty, and creator fund rules Affiliate commissions, remix royalties, style royalties, and creator fund payouts are promotional and platform-governed earning systems, not employment, wages, securities, or guaranteed income.SAM may verify referrals, filter fraud, adjust points, delay payments, set minimum payout thresholds, pay in cash or credits, and modify earning rules with notice.Users may not self-refer, create fake accounts, buy fake engagement, exchange fraudulent clicks, manipulate views, or use bots to earn rewards. 6. Suspension, termination, and limitation of liability SAM may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, non-payment, rights claims, security risks, platform manipulation, unlawful use, or repeated policy violations.SAM is provided as-is during preview, beta, and early launch. Features may fail, change, or be delayed. This is unfortunate, but so is most software. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SAM limits liability for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, platform downtime, AI output disputes, third-party service failures, or rejected platform submissions.
